Open your store’s web app in a supported browser.
Enter your email and password, then sign in.
Don’t have an account yet? New stores are created through our website (not inside the app). If you need access, ask your store admin to invite you.
First-time password
If you’re prompted to set a password after signing in, complete that step before using the rest of the app. You won’t be able to continue until it’s done.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password on the login page and follow the email instructions to reset it.
Where you land after login
After you sign in, the app opens on the screen that matches your role—for example the Dashboard, Registers, Sales register, Customers, or Products. If something looks missing from the menu, your account may not have permission for that area; ask your admin.
Tips
Use the same browser profile if you stay logged in on a shared device, or sign out when you’re done.
If you open the app in a new tab and it still shows the login page, wait a moment or refresh; the app may detect your existing session.
