Location in the header
Your active location is selected in the app header. Sales, inventory, and registers follow this location—make sure it matches where you are working.
Open a register before selling
To use Sales register, you need a register that is open for your current location.
Go to Registers in the sidebar.
Open the register you use at this location (your admin configures available registers).
If you try to open the sales register without an open register, the app will guide you back to Registers.
Register already open elsewhere?
If you already have a register open at another location, switch to that location in the header, or close that register first, then open one at your current location.
Daily flow
Choose the correct location.
Open your register (Registers).
Go to Sales register to ring up sales.
When your shift or day ends, follow your store’s procedure to close the register (still under Registers).
